MySQL 3.23.31 fixes security problems?

Quoting from:

http://www.mysql.com/documentation/mysql/bychapter/manual_News.html

...
F.2.1 Changes in release 3.23.31
...
- Fixed security bug in something (please upgrade if you are using a earlier
MySQL 3.23 version).
- Fixed buffer overflow bug when writing a certain error message.
...

As far as I can see, this version is not yet available for download and no
announcement has been sent to the mysql-announce list yet.. Any ideas what
the issues mentioned are? Is one supposed to
upgrade/patch/compile/install/restart in a hurry or, if not overly paranoid,
simply wait a bit?

Philip
