Two good places to take a look at are http://csrc.nist.gov/cc and
http://niap.nist.gov  I've also put the CC brochure in pdf form on the Argus
Revolution site at http://www.argusrevolution.com/pitbullsupport.html for
you.

I don't know of a document that specifically addresses the differences but I
suspect that the information you are looking for will be locatable.
