Seagate Crystal Reports Smartviewer question

Folks,

We're planning on using the Seagate Crystal Reports Smartviewer for Java and
Active X (from Version 7 - professional Edition Maintenance release 1).

Quick question, anybody know any existing security issues with using the
plugin (either java or ActiveX?

Also, has anybody attempted to place their own certificate into the applet,
replacing the seagate software certificate?
