tool for "online demonstration"

hi,
a german initiative for free online speech has developed a tool for an
online equivalent to traditional demonstrations or marches. it appears
to be a mild form of dDoS and claims to be safe against any form of
abuse. that's exactly where i have very strong doubts, but i am not a
technician, just an interested guy ;-) .
perhaps anyone is interested in doing some analysis... all information
as well as the software for Win and Linux can be found at
