kvirc variable input error

if anyone remembers, in BitchX if you /invite <nick> #%S%... BitchX will
crash, well in kvirc version 1.0.0 millenium i've noticed that if a user
attempts to /join #%s, it will assume %s is a variable and drop it.
which resolves in a channel of #. the same occurs if you try: %s#%s, it
defuaults to "#".
