CASL & IP Options

Hey -

I'm working on some testing tools using CASL and I can't find any
documentation or examples which include IP Options.  I figure this isn't
that off-topic for this list.  Do any of you guys have pointers to more
documentation or examples than came with the CASL distribution?  I'm
working under Linux, not windows.
