I guess the answer is "just being funny", because all he had did was map
www.hack.co.za to 127.0.0.1
No 'hack' involved. It's commonly done when you are moving to a new IP or
don't have an IP avalible for whatever reason (you get the idea); like a
place holder. Maybe not the best idea, but I've seen many people do it.
