Ziff-Davies have a tool called 'Registry Editor Plus (RegEdit+)' at
ftp://ftp.zdnet.com/pcmaguk/pu/1999/pv8n09.zip

Only works on 95/98 but is supposed to be an improvement over RegEdit and
source code (Delphi) is provided
