CASL (Custom Audit Scripting Language) is available is several forms.  The
free/open source version is for linux only, found at:
ftp://ftp.nai.com/pub/security/casl/casl20.tgz

The NT/win32 version is only bundled with their commercial Cybercop
Scanner product.  There is an evaluation version available however, that
you can download at:
http://download.mcafee.com/products/evaluation/cybercop_scanner/csc50e30.zip
