In 2005, a patch was proposed about TSO (TCP segment offload) for print-ip.c with a "#ifdef GUESS_TSO".

It was never build by default. Is there a reason? Missing tests? Missing some additional sanity checks?

Fedora has enable recently (Aug 21 2023) GUESS_TSO:
