We were using text2pcap tool provided by Wireshark, the tool works fine with following Headers.
 

LINKTYPE_MTP2140DLT_MTP2 
LINKTYPE_MTP3141DLT_MTP3 
LINKTYPE_SCCP142DLT_SCCP

 
Can you please help us to decode Hex Dump for LINKTYPE_M3UA i.e SIGTRAN.
