[PATCH] Avoid losing CPPFLAGS in configure.in

Hi,

Simon Ruderich <simon () ruderich org> found that tcpdump's configure script
loses the value of CPPFLAGS because the save/restore code has a typo.
He provided the following patch to fix the problem:
