[patch] IPv6 RA - RDNSS option

I have created a patch to support the RFC 5006 IPv6 RA option 25
(RDNSS) decoding in tcpdump.  The patch (against GIT) is available

I would appreciate a review of the code, as this is my first change to
tcpdump.  I tried to follow the formatting of similar nd6 options for
decode output, and it seems to work properly on my test FreeBSD
machine.  Please let me know if you need additional information.
