libpcap-devel source package.

Hi,

I am trying to install Net-Pcap perl module and it required
libpcap-devel package. I have searched on net but could find only RPM's.
Could anyone let me know from where i can download this package. The web
site : http://cvs.tcpdump.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb is not working.
