pcap-snoop.c patch for libpcap-1.0.0

pcap_activate_snoop() in pcap-snoop.c uses the variable `handle' to
access opt.buffer_size instead of what it should, `p'.
  if (handle->opt.buffer_size != 0)
    v = handle->opt.buffer_size;
