Hi,
I have captured the UDP-packet from specified IP address.
Now I can save the packets into a file.
But I want to send the packets to remote server in real time.
Any one can give me a hand please?

Look at tcpbridge: http://tcpreplay.synfin.net/

If it doesn't do what you want, you should be able to hack the code.
