rtp packet lost and jitter script

Hi everybody, I'm trying to create a script to determine rtp packet lost using tcpdump and awk. And It works, but also 
i'm trying to create a script to calculate the jitter but i don't have an idea how to do it. Maybe there is a tool or 
someone has an idea.
