I see the patch is already applied by you. I read the dates wrong while
searching for it...

No, that patch has not been committed to the CVS yet. Although I could have committed it, I wanted someone to test it a bit before committing it to HEAD. Noone actually even answered to my email...

In any case, the patch successfully works on gencode.c 1.284. Just be careful to the line endings (I created the patch file on windows, you prolly need to run a dos2unix on the patch file).
