Updated man pages in web site

Hi,

I just want to let you know that I've updated the manpages in tcpdump's
web site. Both were really old and now at least they have the latest
version from the CVS.


By the way, the latest pcap man page says is from Feb 2004 and tcpdump's
from Apr 2005. Is this correct? In that case I guess since then there
have been changes that should be reflected there. If someone knows what
exactly should be added, I'd be happy to update them.
