[resend] DLT request

This is a repost a previously sent message, which didn't get any response...

Following the discussion about the missing direction information in bluetooth H4 captures (see
http://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1751), I would like to request a new DLT type
for a modified bluetooth linktype. 

I'm planning to add a 32 bit header (so big just for alignment purpose) which shall contain the direction
information in the first bit. Is there any other requirement/information I have to consider ?!?
