Patch to solve undefined reference to `ip6addr_string' in tcpdump

I am using tcpdump version 2007-01-30,
and during tcpdump compilation, I have the following error:

: undefined reference to `ip6addr_string'

I wrote a patch to avoid calling this function if the support for IPV6 is
not present.
