Checked in, with some additional fixes for your e-mail address, and  
with a new DLT_USB_LINUX used.

I added the new DLT_USB_LINUX for the new link-layer header.  It has  
the value 189.

I'm not sure why configure and config.h.in, both of which are  
generated by autoconf, are in CVS.  Michael?
