4.4BSD file handles

Hi,
The following patch detects 4.4BSD file handles upon NFS data
transmission captured by tcpdump.
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/rpaulo/tcpdump-nfsfh.diff

I'm not sure if the heuristic detection is correct.
The retrieval of fsid information was contributed by Chuck Silvers and
we think it's rigth.

Any comments ? Will this break other heuristics?
