http capture

I need to capture all incoming http requests to a webserver.  I'm using the
following command:

 /usr/sbin/tcpdump -i eth0 -p -n tcp port 80

However, that shows me all the traffic.  I am specifically looking for each
original request.  Can someone help me here?
