is there an easy way to get TZ from a dump file?

hi,

is there an easy way to get the timezone information from the libpcap dump
file?
timezone info is in the pcap_t but you can't dereference it.
i could do a pointer offset to tz in pcap_t, but just wondering if there
is better way?
