As with tcpdump, so with libpcap.  AC_LIBOBJ takes the file name
*without* the extension, to handle platforms where the extension isn't
".o"; I've checked in a change.

...or "snprintf.c" needs to be moved to a "missing" subdirectory, to
match what's done with tcpdump.
