Next stable tcpdump release

Hello

I am inquiring about the timeline for the next
stable release of tcpdump.  The current stable
release (3.8.1) has a security advisory
(http://www.secunia.com/advisories/10636).
This security issue is fixed in the current CVS 
source.

I am wondering if a new stable release will
be released anytime soon that contains this fix.
