libpcap scanner.l on aix suggestion

hi,

i have a small suggestion to increase %a in the scanner.l from 15000 to
16000 to be able to use aix's lex.

reason: at least aix version 5.2 complains about incapable lex and asks
for flex). increasing the number of transitions helps.

(!) i did not realize how much work has been done on aix port of libpcap
since 0.7.2...
