Custom Rule for blocking and NOT KILLING a specific GID:SID while KILLing all others

Hi, I would like to create a custom rule for my WAN and/or LAN to do the following: block BPFdoor magic packets, 
without killing them - while having kill states enable for all other blocked rules.

The reason is it kills my World of Warcraft game if i use kill states for BPFdoor rules, which led me to FORCE DISABLE 
them so as to get the alerts that might otherwise be suppresed. thank you. matthew ~
