Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos is releasing SIDs 61171-61172 to address CVE-2022-47966, a
critical remote code execution vulnerability in multiple Zoho
ManageEngine products.

Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the server-webapp rule
sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
