my snort account is locked

Hello, Snort3 team,

I am installing snort3.1.8 from git by following steps in Snort3_3.1.0.0_on_Ubuntu_18___20.pdf. When I tried to use 
pulledpork.pl to update the snort3 rules, it reported 500 errors. I tried to fix them by changing:

- Line 576: change the requested url to <https://www.snort.org/rules/$rule_file.md5\?oinkcode=$oinkcode\&limit=100>
- Line 2141: changed the file name to `$rule_file = "snortrules-snapshot-3150.tar.gz";`
- Line 574 to 602: commented them out and copied downloaded files (including md5 files) to /tmp/

But before I tried to download the ip-block-list from <https://snort.org/downloads/ip-block-list> via firefox, my 
accout is locked. Can you provide me an updated pulledpork.pl script and re-activate my account? Thanks.
