Snort Rules for CVE-2020-1350

[Vivekanandan Vinayagam via Snort-sigs <snort-sigs () lists snort org>]

Talos released about 5 new rules for the most recent Microsoft vulnerability CVE-2020-1350. However these rules were 
not updated for Snort version 2.9.8.3 and they are present for 2.9.9.0 and up.

I think the reason is that these rules use the bitmask feature in the byte_test, which is not available on 2.9.8.3.

Is there an alternative for this? Or upgrading Snort is the only option?
