Query regarding scholarship eligibility and application deadline

I am interested in applying for a SNORT scholarship as I have recently
agreed to join NYU Tandon School of Engineering for Fall'20 semester. I
wanted to confirm if I am eligible for this prestigious Scholarship and if
the applications for this scholarship is still open for Fall'20 or
