Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-ie,
exploit-kit, file-flash, file-multimedia, file-office, file-other,
malware-cnc, malware-other, os-windows, policy-other, protocol-snmp and
server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from
these technologies.
