Error install snort on ubuntu 18.04.3

After I install dependencies and install latest version of snort, I've
received and error
ERROR!  LuaJIT library not found. Go get it from http://www.luajit.org/ (or)
   Try compiling without openAppId using '--disable-open-appid'
configure: error: "Fatal!

I installed LuaJIT

reran the config and install command

./configure --enable-sourcefire && make && make install

and still getting same error

I followed this tutorial

running on ubuntu 18.04.3 lts kernel 5.0
