Snort doesn't see any interfaces

Hi,

I'm a new tech worker without much experience and I'm trying to configure
SNort on my company's network. On snort.conf, I input my ip v4: ipvar
HOME_NET 172.21.4.1/22. But unlike home that everything works fine, here I
can't see any interfaces. I installed Wireshark and Wireshark is able to
catch all traffic but not on Snort. Please help!
