Error: incorrect URL

hi everyone

snort -V
Version 2.9.12 GRE (Build 325)
openbsd 6.5

i've added the following to oinkmaster.conf
url =
https://www.snort.org/rules/snortrules-snapshot-29120.tar.gz?oinkcode=myoinkcode

doas oinkmaster -o /etc/snort/rules
Loading /etc/oinkmaster.conf

/usr/local/bin/oinkmaster: Error: incorrect URL:
"https://www.snort.org/rules/snortrules-snapshot-29120.tar.gz?oinkcode=myoinkcode";

Oink, oink. Exiting...

have i set the url incorrectly in oinkmaster.conf
if so what should it be ?
