pulledpork 422 unprocessable entity

I am trying to use pulledpork to download the rules. I edit the file
pulledpork.conf placing my oinkcode but it throws me the error mentioned
"pulledpork 422 unprocessable entity" I can't fix it rule_url = https: //
snort.org/downloads/rules/ | snortrules-snapshot.tar.gz? oinkcode = <my
oinkcode>

I am using Snort 2.9.14.1
