Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the file-identify,
file-office, file-pdf, malware-backdoor, malware-cnc, malware-other,
malware-tools, os-windows, protocol-dns, protocol-telnet, pua-p2p,
server-apache and server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for
emerging threats from these technologies.
