Snort 3 rules tarball lua files updates

Hi,

The Snort 3 rules tarball does not contain the latest file_magic.lua in 
https://github.com/snort3/snort3/commit/f11716456d30dd89425ccd59992f087ebd7a5ce3

Not a big deal, but is it possible to have the file updated?
