Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-chrome,
browser-ie, browser-other, browser-webkit, file-multimedia,
file-office, indicator-compromise, malware-cnc, malware-other,
os-windows, protocol-dns and server-webapp rule sets to provide
coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
