Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-ie,
browser-webkit, exploit-kit, file-flash, file-java, file-multimedia,
file-office, indicator-scan, netbios, os-windows, protocol-dns,
protocol-icmp, protocol-nntp, protocol-rpc, protocol-tftp, server-iis,
server-other and server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for
emerging threats from these technologies.
