Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-chrome,
browser-ie, browser-plugins, exploit-kit, file-executable, file-flash,
file-image, file-multimedia, file-office, file-other, file-pdf,
malware-cnc, os-windows, policy-other, protocol-dns, protocol-other,
protocol-scada, protocol-telnet, pua-adware, server-mail, server-mssql,
server-oracle and server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for
emerging threats from these technologies.
