Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-firefox,
browser-ie, browser-plugins, file-executable, file-flash, file-image,
file-office, file-other, file-pdf, indicator-compromise, malware-cnc,
netbios, os-linux, os-other, os-windows, policy-other, protocol-dns,
protocol-snmp, server-apache, server-mysql, server-other and sql rule
sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
