Failed to parse error - windows

This is the response I get every time I try to run snort on my desktop. I have an identical .conf file on my laptop 
with Snort running flawlessly. What is the issue and can it be resolved?

ERROR: c:\snort\etc\snort.conf(0) Failed to parse the IP address: 32.0.0.0/35.0.0.0.
Fatal Error, Quitting..
