Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-firefox,
browser-ie, browser-other, file-image, file-other, file-pdf,
indicator-compromise, malware-cnc, policy-other, protocol-tftp and
server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from
these technologies.
