Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the app-detect,
browser-ie, browser-other, file-multimedia, file-other, file-pdf,
indicator-compromise, malware-cnc, os-windows, policy-other,
server-apache, server-mail, server-oracle and server-webapp rule sets
to provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
