missing libsf_engine.so

Hi All,
Just downloaded and installed Snort 2.9.9.0  on Windows and running the
verification and getting the errro

ERROR: C:\snort\etc\snort.conf(250) Could not stat dynamic module path
"C:\Snort\lib\snort_dynamicengine\libsf_engine.so": No such file or
directory.

where can i get the above file?
