VOIP Phone

I'am using snort installed with pfsense . I get alerts for my voip phone, I
put the IP address on a pass list 9used an alias) but I still get the
alerts. Things seem to work but how can I get rid of the alerts for my voip
phone? (Do not block anything yet)
