Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the blacklist,
browser-other, file-flash, file-office, indicator-compromise,
malware-cnc, protocol-tftp, pua-adware, server-mssql and server-webapp
rule sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from these
technologies.
